Early morning hill intervals with Monica and Carolyn 🙂 Training is so much more fun with friends (and so much easier to get up that early, too)!

Training around the neighborhood.. Just upped the weight this week to 50 lbs so I’m a bit slow. I upgraded from the full stack of textbooks for medical school term 2 (35lbs) to two 6L water jugs. ‘Each drop of sweat is fat crying,’ so they say – I definitely feel the burn! And I’m definitely sweating under that pack…
